Join Andrew Leach, associate professor, Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, for a discussion of what success looks like for Alberta’s green house gas policy.
Andrew Leach is an energy and environmental economist with expertise on greenhouse gas policy for the oil and gas industry. He is chair, Climate Change Advisory Panel, Government of Alberta, a frequent contributor to the Globe & Mail and Maclean’s and has prepared reports for the National Roundtable on the Environment on the Kyoto Protocol.
