Dr. Mohammed Alaqqad
Congratulations to Dr. Mohammed Alaqquad, PhD (CHBE ’11) for being awarded the CJChE Best Paper Award for the manuscript “The Permeability of Wood-Chip Beds: The Effect of Compressibility, Can J Chem Eng 2012, 90, 1278-1288.” Congratulations also extended to Drs. D.M. Martinez and C.P.J. Bennington (posthumous) who are authors on the manuscript and co-supervised Dr. Alaqquad. The award certificate will be awarded during the awards banquet at the 63rd Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference in Fredericton, October 2013.
