These resources exist to help students outside of their coursework by going over skills that can help them in all aspects of their academic life.

Peer academic coaches help you develop your “soft” skills; things like studying, note-taking techniques, and exam preparation. They are also able to put you in touch with resources and people who may help you better.

The UBC Academic English Support (AES) Program offers free resources to improve your performance in class by advancing your academic English skills.

The UBC Learning Commons is able to provide you with guides and resources on a comprehensive variety of topics from interacting with professors to self-care.
